At Tao we get lots of joints popping.
We also get lots of clients who ask if it is “ok” for their joints to pop, crunch, adjust….whatever word you use.
We say it is OK.
As long as that joint is not presenting or accompanied with pain or swelling or reduced range of motion you are in the OK range.
You might want to consider more stretching and more massage however.
Both stretching and massage will increase the blood supply to “crunchy” cranky, noisy joints giving them a rich oxygen infusion to stay quiet!
