Massage Instruction for Couples
During close to 4 hours of combined hands on time and instruction participants will learn to give each other a relaxing Swedish-style massage, using aromatherapy with combined elements of reflexology and shiatsu.
This workshop explains the benefits of massage, the reasons why and when a person should and should not receive massage, and emphasizes basic hands-on massage instruction.
Demonstration includes basic massage routine; focusing on the scalp, face, neck, shoulders back, hands, feet, and draping for each body part or customized to your and your partners needs. You will learn to give each other basic wellness massage and practice basic massage strokes under my guidance
