Regarding Hand Pain and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Regarding Debilitating Hip Pain
I originally tried TaoMassage to address debilitating hip pain that my chiropractor and acupuncturist were unsuccessful in treating. My hip pain would wake me from a sound sleep in the middle of the night and made walking, more than a few hundred yards at a time, very unpleasant.

The massages received at TaoMassage had an immediate positive impact especially when done in conjunction with the stretching workout (my first few sessions split the time between the two). I was taught many excellent stretches I could do at home which has significantly reduced the frequency of my treatments. I rarely experience hip pain now and when I do it is usually a result from my own laxity with regard to the home stretching I have been taught.

If you are lucky enough to have no debilitating pain I highly recommend you go for the general benefits associated with massage. I have had massages in many locations around the world and Vivian’s Ashiatsu massage is the best I have had anywhere!!

If you are looking for a way to be good to yourself, this is the ultimate luxury!! If you are experiencing serious pain that you think may be associated with very tight or "frozen" muscle groups (which may be pulling on your spine and causing pinched nerves etc.) then look no further!!

Regarding Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy
After receiving 2 massages weekly in 100+ countries in 300+ cities around the world over the last half century I do not understand how anyone could survive and truly enjoy life, without regular massage therapy! Such a shame that people have to wait for a back or shoulder to become soar before massage therapy is even considered.

It is not just better range of motion, improved circulation and posture that you have to look forward to. Better taste, an improved sense of smell; and if you will allow, an improved awareness of ones spiritual connection with all that is past as well as all that may be. After a regular massage regimen, one really feels a type of connection with the world other than just gravity!

As a Jersey Shore summer visitor, I randomly chose TaoMassage out of several area therapists for my first session. Regarding Pregnancy Massage

I also started PT. They have given me a lot of exercises to increase strength in my stomach and legs to better support the lower back. I feel better after a session with you. They make me work! "I am writing to share with those who have not experienced a therapy session from TaoMassage! I am a recent graduate from a grueling master's program and an avid runner/lifter. As a result, my body has been put through a great amount of stress and fatigue. Before seeing Vivian, my neck and shoulder muscles were tight and painful and my legs were heavy and fatigued. I had a hard time turning my head to the one side without experiencing some sort of pain. Upon arrival at TaoMassage, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at ease immediately.

"Vivian made sure she knew all important medical history, as well as, my activities of daily living in order to create a therapy session designed especially for my needs. The explanations of the techniques she used during my session were thorough and complete; Vivian made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. During my total body massage, Vivian consistently checked the pressure of her massage by consulting with me and asking if the pressure was too hard or if she needed to press harder. I enjoyed the interaction and the distinctness of her massage.
